Entertainers take to the streets for Wingham’s first Busker Muster | Great Lakes Advocate

Wigham will come alive with the sound music this Saturday, April 11 when it hosts the first Busker Muster on Isabella Street. The busking competition has attracted 25 entrants, the youngest being only eight years old, and the oldest in his 80s. “We’ve had a really good response,” organiser Bill Beach said. “I was keen to get people who have never performed in public before.” Most of the buskers are from Wingham and Taree, with some from Gloucester and Forster, and most of them are musicians.
